Important note about postal rates requested for sending a QSL from HV5PUL from 23 SEPTEMBER 2023:
Italy, San Marino, Vatican = 1,25 Euro
Europe = 1,30 Euro,
America, Africa, Asia = 2,45 Euro,
Australia, Oceania = 3,20 Euro
1 IRC = 0,85 Euro at Vatican Postal Service
Pay attention to the validity of the IRC's.

Please don't waste time and money sending multiple letters and requests, simply check the log on line at the bottom of the page and be patient! Don't write for asking if I have received your card because I don't remeber every card I receive!
Please don't send registered mail because I have to go to the post office for pick up the letter and often I have attend to a long line. It is not faster and cheaper than send a normal letter! Prefer the OQRS for a faster reply.
Don't send QSL to HV5PUL via bureau: HV doesn't have a bureau.
Normally I'll reply in a couple of months after receiving your request.
